OUR STORY

Welcome! We're so glad you're here! We are a small mother/daughter flower farm business and we thoroughly enjoy sharing our farm grown flowers with the local area. All of the flowers are grown here locally between our two farms. We are excited to be offering flower bouquet subscriptions again this year. Our hope is that our flowers can bring you joy!

Simple Stems Flower Farm started as a dream and has slowly blossomed into a reality. Terri (mom) has always loved being outdoors, landscaping, gardening and growing things. Alexa (daughter) remembers watching her mom garden from a young age, and a seed was planted. That seed didn't truly bloom until 2018, when she got married and bought her first home. Flower growing became a shared hobby for both of them, but it wasn't until 2024 that they took the leap into starting the farm. With Terri recently purchasing more acreage - room to grow all sorts of beautiful things and retiring after 40 years in healthcare. And Alexa welcoming her third baby, they both decided it was the perfect time to dive into the farm farm and share their blooms with the community! We are thrilled to offer bouquet subscriptions, flowers for special occasions, and pick-up options at our flower stand.

We chose the name Simple Stems as a reminder that gardening, growing flowers, motherhood, life - everything - doesn’t need to be complicated. There is beauty in the simplest moments of life, and we believe that beauty can be found all around us every day. The flowers just help a little.
